This stylish slip on features a 100% synthetic braided elastic upper and synthetic insole. A super light memory insole provides all day cushion and reduces shock impact on the joints. EVA sole, soft back tab, and 1.5 inch platform.

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours and arrives within 3-7 business days (give or take with our current national shipping climate). We do not ship on weekends.

If you would like to insure your package, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange insurance for an additional charge. In the case of a package going missing and insurance was included, we will issue store credit upon reimbursement from postal service.

Of course we hope you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes it is not meant to be! Coastal Bloom gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and with the original tags on.
Please Contact us via email within 7 days of RECEIVING your Package to Initiate a return to: email@example.com. Make sure to send us your order number and the item name you would like to return.
All returns MUST be postmarked within 7 days after APPROVAL and INCLUDE a Return Authorization Number (RAN) written outside the package, without the RAN it will be sent back to sender.
Please note that you are responsible for Shipping items back to us and actual Shipping Costs can not be credited/refunded.
We offer free local pickup at our boutique in Indialantic, FL, look out for that “Order is Ready!” email and we’ll have your purchases waiting for you!
Here’s how Local Returns work:
- Bring return(s) back to our boutique within 2 weeks of PURCHASE DATE in original condition
- We require the packing slip for information needed
- If packing slip is lost, please provide your Full Name, Item Name(s), Order #
- Unfortunately, returns from purchases made on the app can NOT be processed immediately - it is an entirely different system to our Point of Sale and requires a separate team to process your return.
- If you would like to swap out the size of an item that’s in stock, ask any of the sales associates at the boutique to assist.
You will be sent store credit or a gift card, depending on where you made your purchase, via email once your return has been processed. Please note that we are unable to check if your return has been received. We kindly ask that you allow for 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- If a customer has 20% or more volume of returns, this will incur a 20% restocking fee for every item returned which will be deducted from return store credit
- Returns with "Pre Order" in the title that are NOT Final Sale will incur a 20% restocking fee - all Pre Orders are specially ordered for you
- If the return package is post-stamped after the timeframe issued by customer service, this will incur a 10% late fee which will be deducted from return store credit

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you have received a defective product or if the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must not have been used, washed, and must have all relevant tags attached.
To facilitate the return process, please include the following information in your email:
- Name of the Product
- Order Number
- Photo clearly showing the defect
Our customer service team will review your case promptly and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Exchanges and Cancellations:
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory changes too fast and can not guarantee availability. We recommend purchasing the correct size/color and send the previous item back for a gift card.
We can not process Cancellations once an order is placed. We utilize a Fulfillment Software that allows us to SHIP SO FAST! This system does not allow Cancellations once the order is Processing. At that time a label has been purchased for your Item and it’s in our Shipping Line
