Return Policy
We hope you love your Coastal Bloom purchase! If an item isn't the right fit, we accept eligible returns that meet the following guidelines.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached and/or in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
✔ Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and postmarked within 7 days of approval through our Return Portal.
✔ All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
✔ Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
ReDo Return Coverage
✔ At checkout, you have the option to purchase ReDo Return Coverage for $5.99.
✔ If you purchased ReDo, your return label is included and can be accessed through the ReDo Returns Portal.
✔ If you opted out of ReDo, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
✔ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery and select "Damaged/Wrong Item." on the ReDo return portal
✔ Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Local Returns
✔ Local returns may be brought to our boutique in Indialantic, Florida within 14 days of the purchase date.
✔ Please bring your packing slip whenever possible. If you no longer have it, we'll need your name, order number, and item(s) being returned.
✔ Due to our separate point-of-sale system, app purchases cannot be processed immediately in-store and require additional processing.
✔ If you'd like to exchange for a different size that's currently in stock, our team will gladly assist you while you're in the boutique.
Return Fees
✔ Customers with a return rate of 20% or more may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on future returns.
✔ Customers with a return rate exceeding 30% may incur a 30% restocking fee and may lose return privileges.
✔ Eligible Pre-Order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as these items are specially ordered.
✔ Returns mailed after the approved return window will incur a 10% late fee, deducted from store credit.
