Of course, we hope you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes it is not meant to be!
As a small company, we have Policies that allow us to keep our prices low and inventory moving fast, please understand we cannot be flexible with these.
What Items are FINAL SALE?
- ANY Item ending in $.00 (i.e. $20)
- Sale Items, Doorbusters, Pre Orders, Jewelry, Intimates, Accessories, Bags, Orders with ANY Cashback and Coupons (except 1st Purchase "HELLO15")
- Some Market Orders are Final Sale
Re Stocking Fees:
-Market Show Orders that are returnable, which are Pre Orders purchased specifically for Each Customer, will have a 20% Re Stocking Fee
-Pre-Orders that are returnable (Items Purchased Specifically for you based on a Pre Order) will have a 20% Re Stocking Fee
-Continuously Using Revolving Shop Credit will have a 20% Re Stocking Fee
Worth Noting:
**Promotional Credit is Non-Refundable (Winner Credit, Cashback, etc)
**When your return volume is over 20%, the system automatically deducts a 20% restocking fee.**
Why? Unfortunately, we do not get back Credit Card Fees, System Commission or Sales Tax, even if you Return an Order :(
**Damaged Products need to be reported within the SAME Timeframe as a return, within 5 days of receipt. Unworn, with tags on.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory changes too fast and cannot guarantee availability. We recommend purchasing the correct size/color and send the previous item back for Credit.
CANCELLATIONS:
We cannot process Cancellations once an order is place. We utilize a Fulfillment Software that allows us to SHIP SO FAST! This system does not allow Cancellations once the order is Processing. At that time a label has been purchased for your Item and it’s in our Shipping Line.

All returns MUST be post marked within 7 days of Receipt and INCLUDE a Return Authorization Number on the Package, without it, it WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, and package will be sent back.
Please note that you are responsible for Shipping items back to us. You will receive a shopping credit on your Account within 5 days or receipt.
ACTUAL Shipping Costs cannot be credited.
LOCAL PICK UP:
We offer store credit within 14 days of fulfillment date WITH original tags attached (if tagged) or original packaging. **Please bring Packing Slip with you to commence return.
Please note, any purchases made on the APP that are returned to shop will go back to your APP account. The boutique and the app are two different systems and our CB Girls who work the boutique are not able to process app returns or issue app credit.
Returns are processed once a week at this time✨
If you are local and we ship to you, please follow the shipping return policy and email us, you are welcome to drop it off at our boutique but please let us know ahead of time and it is still 7 days upon arrival ⚡️
