Please note our shoes can be exchanged for size but not returned.  

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours and arrives within 3-7 business days (give or take with our current national shipping climate). We do not ship on weekends.

You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

On the app there is a Flat Rate $7 + 12hs of Free Shipping Shipping on All APP Orders, Not Applicable to Website ORders. Plus Free Shipping on orders over $100

If you would like to insure your package, contact us at info@coastalbloom.com and we can arrange insurance for an additional charge. In the case of a package going missing and insurance was included, we will issue store credit upon reimbursement from postal service.

Of course we hope you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes it is not meant to be! Coastal Bloom gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and and with the original tags on or in original packaging.  Please note: If we receive a return with no tags or not in original packaging, we will not accept 

Returns

To start a return, visit our return portal here. 

Return requests need to be made within 7 days upon arrival and postmarked within 7 days of approval.

No refunds, store credit only.

ReDo Opt-In: At checkout, you have the choice to add "return insurance" for $1.48 and you will receive a free return label when using this link: https://coastalbloom.com/apps/redo/returns-portal#/login

Redo Opt Out: If you opt out of ReDo's return insurance, you are responsible for Shipping items back to us and actual Shipping Costs can not be credited/refunded. 

**Please note orders placed before 2/23 did not have the ReDo option and will be responsible for shipping items back to us, shipping costs will not be credited/refunded. 

Damaged or Wrong Item 

If you have received a defective product or if the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please Start a Return, Select your Order, Select Damaged/Wrong Item within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must not have been used, washed, and must have all relevant tags attached.

Local Returns 

We offer free local pickup at our boutique in Indialantic, FL, look out for that “Order is Ready!” email and we’ll have your purchases waiting for you!

Here’s how Local Returns work:

  •  Bring return(s) back to our boutique within 2 weeks of PURCHASE DATE in original condition
  • We require the packing slip for information needed
  • If packing slip is lost, please provide your Full Name, Item Name(s), Order #
  • Unfortunately, returns from purchases made on the app can NOT be processed immediately - it is an entirely different system to our Point of Sale and requires a separate team to process your return.
  • If you would like to swap out the size of an item that’s in stock, ask any of the sales associates at the boutique to assist.

Credit

You will be sent store credit or a gift card, depending on where you made your purchase, via email once your return has been processed. Please note that we are unable to check if your return has been received. We kindly ask that you allow for 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

Return Fees

  • If a customer has 20% or more volume of returns, this will incur a 20% restocking fee for every item returned which will be deducted from return store credit
  • Returns with "Pre Order" in the title that are NOT Final Sale will incur a 20% restocking fee - all Pre Orders are specially ordered for you
  • If the return package is post-stamped after the timeframe issued by customer service, this will incur a 10% late fee which will be deducted from return store credit

What Items are FINAL SALE?

  • ANY Item ending in $.00  (i.e. $20)
  • Sale Items & Doorbusters.  
  • Jewelry, Intimates, Accessories, Bags,
  • Orders with ANY Cashback and Coupons (except 1st Purchase "HELLO15")

 

Exchanges and Cancellations:

Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory changes too fast and can not guarantee availability. We recommend purchasing the correct size/color and send the previous item back for a gift card. 

Please note that in the event we are able to catch an order before it is processed and cancel it upon request, a 10% fee will be deducted. This fee covers our processing costs, including Credit Card Fees and Commissions on every sale, which are unfortunately non-refundable once an order is cancelled.

We can not process Cancellations once an order is placed. We utilize a Fulfillment Software that allows us to SHIP SO FAST! This system does not allow Cancellations once the order is Processing. At that time a label has been purchased for your Item and it’s in our Shipping Line
